REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AnneCorp Literary Works LLC, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy before ordering.

BOOKS & STORY-TIME SHEET-TALES

All sales of books and Story-Time Sheet-Tales are final. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

KOBE’S STORY-TIME PLUSH-TALES®

All sales are final. Kobe may only be returned for an exchange if the product arrives defective.

You must contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery to report a defect. Photos or a short video showing the issue may be required before an exchange is approved.

Once the defect is verified and the exchange is approved, AnneCorp Literary Works LLC will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If an approved replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued for the defective product.

EXCHANGES DO NOT COVER

Exchanges will not be provided for normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental or liquid damage, improper charging or handling, unauthorized alterations, failure to follow product instructions, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AnneCorp Literary Works LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

PERSONAL RECORDINGS & FILES

Customers are responsible for backing up personal recordings, photos, or other files used with Kobe. AnneCorp Literary Works LLC is not responsible for lost or deleted customer-added content.

IMPORTANT

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Except for an approved defective Kobe that cannot be replaced, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

AnneCorp Literary Works LLC reserves the right to review exchange requests and determine whether a product qualifies as defective.
